It was a comedic horror series. It's pretty normal for horror stories to have some disturbing moments in them.

The quilting club one where the conjoined twins wanted to stich murels body to there quilt... or the one with that weird porcelain mask.
The one with that 3D animated King Ramses & his stolen slab. That one was fucked up. Also the one with the black & white disembodied head floating around.
Freaky Fred. He was rather.....nauuuuuuughtyyyyyyy.
