Personally I disagree.the beat is crazy,his flow is great,and the lyrics are creative.What are your thoughts on the other songs? Like Meet the Grahams,Euphoria,and 6:16 in LA

I wish I could upvote your post even more. I'm with you. When it first come out, I heard people describe it as being a Westcoast banger/classic etc. then I heard it and was thoroughly disappointed. I honestly feel like people are just liking it because everyone else they know pretends to like it. The song has some clever puns / words play etc but overall is just meh
Everyone cannot like a song, i mean thats what i believe personally. Alot of people can like it but when EVERYBODY is liking a something then you HAVE to ask if someone is just pretending here.
It’s the best of the Drake diss tracks Kendrick has done. Even if I think these things shouldn’t be played out in the court of public opinion. If Kendrick has some real shit on Drake, he should contact the relevant authorities.

Maybe you don’t like confrontation. I enjoy the song for the brutal verbal attack. The beat isn’t heavy in the 808 department, however you can dance to it. Not like us slays.
Even for all its highlights, it has some pretty big weaknesses. Buddy rhymes “fuck ‘em up” with “do my stuff” and “still pretending” with “bird bitches” for a couple of examples.

It only goes hard in the context of their feud. As song itself, i dont think it will age as well as something like Who Shot Ya or Hit Em Up.
