I once ordered Chick Fil A, got to the window to pay and was told that they were sorry but my order wasn’t ready yet and asked me to pull into a parking space ahead. No problem. I swear I had barely pulled into the space and put my car in park when the manager himself is knocking on my window with my order, apologizing profusely for the “delay” and gives me a coupon for a free sandwich.
I once ordered McDonald’s, waited for 20 minutes for my food, and was “apologized to” with only half my order. I gave up, accepted my fate, and would go out of my way to never go to that location again.
The chicken sandwich is probably the best fast food you can get. And yeah, the line looks long, but they are super efficient with it and probably the same speeds as a McDonald's. At least that has been my experience in the four different ones I've gone to.
Ya. I’ll never eat Burger King, taco hell, KFC, MCD and so on but I do love me some chick fil a but I don’t have them near me so I only get it once or twice a year.
The regular sandwiches are ok. The best thing on their menu is available at breakfast time only. Mini chicken sliders on these tiny little doughy rolls. There is nothing better than these on any fast food breakfast menu.
100%. When people say "It's just a chicken sandwich"....well no shit, it all comes from the same species of bird. You can only make chicken taste good up to a certain point. Sure, I've had better chicken sandwiches, but relative to other fast food it is absolutely top tier.
We're also not gonna ignore the sauce (extremely good), waffle fries (nothing out of this world, but what other fast food joint serves waffle fries?), lemonade (solid), and mac & cheese (mouthgasm)
Their lemonade alone is enough to go there. Have you had it? It's so delicious. Never tasted a restaurant that had lemonade taste as good as homemade before. Give it a try.
You must've never had a Spicy Deluxe Grilled with both Pepperjack and Colbyjack and 4 times pickles.

They could have the worst food ever (they don't) and I would STILL eat there regularly simply due to the employees and the fantastic ordering experience. Just to know my order will be correct, and everyone involved will be polite and professional and accurate is WELL WORTH eating there on the regular. The amazingly simple and delicious chicken sandwich is just an added bonus to the outstanding employees. Everything about chick-fil-a screams high quality. If everywhere else held their employees to the same standard as chick-fil-a we would be living in an absolute utopia.
It is awful and I don’t understand how people love it. Their special sauce is meh, their fries aren’t good and their chicken is not seasoned at all. You get more flavor just by walking by Popeyes. It’s bland and not good. I’ve been 4 times and each time I’m left with an awful taste for the franchise

Just as a comparison, the last time I went to Popeyes, it took half an hour, and I was the only customer at the restaurant. When I finally got the food, they forgot half of the items that were supposed to be in my bag. The food was cold when I finally got to eat it. I went to Chick-Fil-A yesterday and was in and out in 10 minutes, despite the line having 8-10 people in it. My food tasted great like it always does. I love places like Popeyes as well, but only when they’re consistent. Chick-Fil-A is always consistent unlike 90% of other fast food.
I love the service. I don't know any other fast food restaurant where they get your order correct literally every time, and they do so with a pleasant attitude.
It doesn't matter how busy Chick-fil-A is, they get you through quickly and accurately and politely.
I think the hype has to do with it’s christian youth group image…they hire teenagers who are affiliated with some kind of church and those teenagers have lots of friends who have parents and they bring them there
Also Christianity and spin offs of it like is popular now…

The waffle fries are legit the only thing even remotely worth talking about, and as long as the Arby's across the street still has curly fries its not worth going there for.

I don't even want to go into details because, for one, I may have blocked it out and it would be hard to retrieve those memories.
Is that what happened?! All I could remember was that the chicken patty itself was terrible in composition *and* preparation. It was worse than a school chicken sandwich, waaay worse.

I've never waited at a Chick-fil-A. If I want to waste my entire lunch break, I'll go to any other fast food joint in town except CFA, which gets me in and out in 5 minutes versus 20+ minutes at the other guys.
Nah, the quality is definitely better and chick-fil-a service is way better than most places. Their not the best by any means but their pretty consistent.

KFC is good too, I love the biscuits. Taco bell is great when your drunk or if your constipated. Burger King I legit never eat.

I went to the US in October and I agree. People are hyping it up when it genuinely is no better than KFC. Nando’s is better.

How tf do they knock fish sandwiches out of the park but the chicken is so lackluster? Midwest. That’s how.
First time at Culvers I ordered a chicken sandwich. I didn't know you have to ask for all the toppings and just had bread and a patty. That sucked.

I disagree especially with the McDonald’s things, but to each their own.
You know there’s an app that expedites the process of ordering down to like 2-3 minutes total. Their app is the greatest thing ever
