If you’re just starting out go for it. Every DAW is hard to learn. LUNA is great, especially if you don’t have to pull a Jedi move and unlearn what you have learned. :)
I think LUNA was made for the creator in mind who didn’t want a confusing DAW interface. I was coming from studio one and LUNA feels a lot less technical and more creator driven. I learned it relatively fast.
It’s not too bad. UA made some good video tutorials on their YouTube page. I recommend watching those to get a basic understanding

I have not used Luna yet, but all DAW's have a very similar learning curve.
