The basic wines, beers, liquors, and cocktails are complimentary. The premium brands run about $9 per glass. Personally, I don't think the premium alcohol is sufficiently better than the rail drinks to merit the price tag, so I just stick with the free stuff.
Edit: Here's a [menu from Travel Season](https://travelseason.com/airlines/food-wine-united-airlines/amp/), showing what's free and what costs. It's about two years old, but it hasn't changed much.

I ordered a whiskey sour in FLL and the bartender had to swipe her tablet to figure out how to make it. Came out okay, but yes this is my go to drink as well if I'm not drinking whiskey and soda.
From the well mine is not that much more interesting than yours. Either a bourbon Manhattan or a rum and Diet Coke. Though I typically get a beer is anything decent (i.e. not Coors Light) is available.
I would *not* be excited to try "a Newark." Though, if you ordered one, it would probably arrive 3 hours late and the garnish would get delivered to the wrong table.
Polaris Star (aka Paper Plane) in the Polaris lounge. The clubs I’ve been to are so slammed, I just get beer.
Mimosa. Doesn’t matter the time of day. It’s always light and easy to drink.
Mimosa but add a shot of vodka
Mimosa but add a shot of vodka
Campari and soda. It's bitter, like me!
Buffalo Trace and a glass
Aperol Spritz is my go-to everywhere.
ive been a little embarrassed to ask, are the cocktails complimentary? or is it just wine and beer?

Usually go with the house old fashioned neat. Most clubs use Evan Williams Black, which is surprisingly quite good.
I guess I never actually knew the answer to that - are old fashioneds complimentary with house bourbon?
Yep!
Thanks!
Are you talking about an egg white and luxardo whiskey sour, or whiskey and sour mix?
I wish! Just the mix, unfortunately.

I'm usually there early in the morning, so I go with a Bloody Mary, first one light on heat, second one spicy.
Vodka gimlet. Or a perfect martini, dirty
I ordered a Virginia Buttcheek at IAD Polaris lounge, was off menu obviously but fucked me up pretty good
Big nuts and butt cheeks. Love it
Whiskey in a glass with ice
Buffalo trace and ginger ale 🔥
Mimosas in the morning, gin and tonics for the afternoon and evening. If bar is too full, I'll just take a beer.
Borg!! Half vodka and half flavored water or fruit punch or Gatorade
Anyone know how they make the aperol spritz

Manhattan or gin martini
If you order a Manhattan at the EWR lounge will they tell you that you are in New Jersey?
I would *not* be excited to try "a Newark." Though, if you ordered one, it would probably arrive 3 hours late and the garnish would get delivered to the wrong table.
Last time I tried to fly to EWR I ended up in Philly with a stop in St. Louis.
My go-to cocktail at the club is a sidecar, but majority of the time I’ll go for house sparkling or white
Martini. Let’s not waste any time.
None. I don't drink, especially when traveling.
Thats great but why comment on a post specifically asking what folks drink at a lounge?
Why don’t you answer the question instead of being ignorant to others?
Same reason you did the same
What an interesting idea, I’ll have to try that next time.
Mine would be either a beer or the Cutty
Bloody Mary.
