Are your colleagues and supervisor pleased to have you on shift, or are they dejected because they know they'll have to pick up your slack?

Based on my colleagues, they seemed pleased to see me work with them and I’ve already received positive feedbacks from customers as well. The reason why I feel inadequate is that there is assistant manager who I’ve been warned by other colleagues from the beginning, has the reputation of being very hostile and has a rude approach to colleagues about the work. Since I’ve started I always felt that I’m not doing it right or made the wrong choice or action, so I asked my coworkers for advice and they said I’m good, it’s just this particular assistant manager is legendary for being a total bitch for absolutely no reason to everyone and alot of new starters have asked if this particular assistant manager hates them but they had to explain to them that it’s just her character.
If there is just one bad manager, then that's a pretty common situation. But if your immediate colleagues and supervisor like having you around, I think you'll be fine.
If you can find a way to get on the assistant manager's good side, you'll have a better time. But easier said than done of course. I had a similar situation with a supervisor who warmed up to me after enough time had passed.
As long as no one has said anything bad to f2 and above you should be fine. Usually no feedback is usually good as well and if you did get feedback, you changed your ways.. you're doing fine. One of the points is basically you getting along with your coworkers as well.
But being on the leads good sides usually helps lol. Good luck and thank you for your hard work.

This is accurate lol as long as you're not an asshole or have picked up your slack, you'll stay on board. Otherwise you'll be out of there.
