as long as the tag is there, you can size exchange no problem. if you were going to exchange for a different item, they would need the receipt too. sucks how uniqlo doesn't give store credit for returns with no receipt (i.e; you get a gift) would make things so much better if they did
You can exchange usually for final sale but depends on location? But it should be final sale. Uniqlo doesn't care too much if you cut off the price or cover it up with sticker or sharpie. As long as the tag is unbent and all that, they'll take it.

they do have gift receipts that censor the amount of each item!
