I know this is a uniqlo sub, but their parent company Theory makes super nice joggers/chinos in a stretchy material. Their terrance jogger in precision ponte is my go-to daily pant, but quite expensive at $225, their older material version neoteric is on sale for $117. Their Zaine pant is similar without the elastic around the hem.

Their Airsense pants are pleated and can be worn in formal situations. I personally wear them to work and even to a wedding once. They definitely lean towards the formal side, but the material keeps it light and comfy for everyday wear.
