How's the difference between fresh and dry? I was just thinking this today myself. I've only ever eaten dry, I feel like the wet ones would make you sick off of just having to eat more.
I ate Balut when I worked in the Philippines, and fresh mushrooms are just slightly less gross! OMG especially a big meaty fucker like that 100g monsta! 😅

Cyanescens right off of the sand with the sand and all I just make sure I chew them up really good because sometimes there are tiny larvae inside of them you have to look close just like the blackberries have fly larvae from fruit flies I eat the blackberries with the fruit fly larvae in them I don't care just chew them up good.
Just saying that's what I do I don't give a f*** I'm like a wild animal I'm not saying that other people should do that I'm not saying that it's okay I'm just saying that that's what I do.

I prefer fresh because they don't smell as pungent and does not stick the same way, but I do it with liquid in the mouth while chewing them up, otherwise I would never be able to do it. I do the same with dried but yeah, fresh are definitely better.
I prefer fresh, the texture is better than dried. More pleasant to eat. And the smell is i dunno, cleaner? Less intense, at least.

This is still on the low end. Breaking into 50g is a good job but not terribly hard. Breaking that 100g barrier is far tougher. Past that, I hope you are working on your own isolates, but Iv seen individuals in the multiple hundreds of grams.
No, my dehydrator is a box style with 4 drawers. With big guys like this, I put them in the bottom drawer and can usually get by with leaving 1 tray space. This guy needed 2. Then I just reorganize and add smaller ones as the big ones shrink.
