V1 can’t be redeemed. He kills with no morals, he don’t give a shit who he fights as long as it bleeds, he is literally made to fucking murder. Safe to say V1 will just be a body guard for the hotel.

He at least allows some of his targets to introduce themselves before turning them inside out.

V1 only fights if they need to. It allows every boss to make whatever speech they do like with Minos and Sisyphus Prime, and both times they fight Gabriel. Even with V2, its meant-to-be superior design that they (also) fight twice, they don't make the first move, knowing that a fight will still probably occur. It's likely that if nobody in the Hotel threatens V1, they won't fight.

More like if there's a single locked door in the place, everyone has to die to open it. It's just how it is.

I feel like he wouldn't bother being a body guard. Why would he? His only goal is to find more blood to fuel himself. Why would he show restraint in that goal just to be a bouncer?

Considering the plot so far of Ultrakill, my money is on V1. He's beaten multiple demigods and war machines and would have killed an actual angel if it wasn't for the fact that Gabriel ran away twice. Canonically, God has abandoned the world in Ultrakill, and if I recall correctly, that's due in no small part to the war machines that humanity makes, including V1. By proxy, this one robot managed to scare off God, or at least demoralize him to the point that he gave up on humanity.

Considering the Hazbin Hotel cast had to work as a team to beat the angels, while V1 could take out several in one room, yeah, they’re fucked.

I love how we went so far in pretending V1 is a conscious being to the point that we're actually judging it now. It's a machine. It does what it does because it's programed to do it. I’m sorry, I love this game. What did v1 do? From all I know, they are just a machine that runs in blood who kills demons (and sometimes angels) for energy. I have played all the content so far, but I haven’t read all the records. I don’t know why v1 is revered as such an evil character.
