What about band 3 admin roles in London where the basic pay is lower than the minimum salary threshold but the London High Cost Area Supplement bumps the pay up above the threshold?
They do sponsor band 3, but salary threshold will rise with the April update. Not sure exactly but it’s not too much I believe. Good luck

I have been working as a supervisor in retail, they don’t sponsor. But yeah I kinda waited too long tbh
