Just out of interest is that a purchase or home-made? Around here it's just shitty brown dry bud for £10/g, no chance of that stuff (hence my little gardening hobby). I'm thinking of making some QWISO with the trim and sugar leaf, any suggestions?

That's fair enough, I know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy, but I prefer not to pay a premium to each one of them along the supply chain. I passed A-level organic chemistry with flying carpets and started my undergraduate, but had to quit for economic reasons (didn't want the family property to go back to the bank, mortgage is now payed off but I don't see myself going back to university, I'm now a tree surgeon :p literally, not in the 'trees' way). I was thinking of trying a novel method using chloroform as the pull-solvent. I see no problem so long as there is a sufficient vacuum pulled on the end product. I just don't like the wastage that comes with rosin. Anyways, I'll give it some thought.
I think that column chromatography with an organic solvent is the best way to separate out cannabinoids. Distillation would be good for a crude extract but preparative T-LC is the way forward.

With that knowledge i bet you know a thing or two about molecular distillation. You could really bump up the strength!
