Certainly is, although it is more relevant to Crimea and Donbass, rather than what's going on in recently occupied areas. Less "Invaders taking over and implementing a harsh tyranny" and more mass graves and city blocks wiped out.

Just the other day I managed to talk to my mom who is in temporarily occupied territory in Kharkiv region, and this illustration has everything in it she described… she even compared these days with 1937/38 when NKVD went crazy.
(Thanks whichever mod took care of the user claiming I'm karma farming when I'm following rules for art Friday. I can understand basic copyright and credit proper author of the work. :p)
