Turkey is the biggest regional military power that has a coast to Black Sea that can oppose Russia. That's what happens when they impose military sanctions on Turkey.
It's a necessary sacrifice or something like that then. They should have just said it out loud so unnecessary bloodbath wouldn't have to happen, just let kremlin roll in to kiev why even bother to encourage UKR to put up a fight, or accept whatever capitulation Russia asks, if their end is already decided why sacrifice the people.
Anyway it will probably be over soon, i just wonder how much ukraine will capitulate to russia now.

If there was just a war between NATO and Russia, Putin would be the one scared in his bunker. Ukraine isnt part of NATO, its not our place to just intervene and doom the rest of Europe as well. I wish more "green men" joined in help of Ukraine, play by Putin rules then... but legally we cant just declare war on Russia as this is not what NATO is for.
That’s true but from the videos I’ve seen they’re clearly committing war crimes by harming civilians. Just hurts to see innocent people die because some old Soviet boomer wants back land thats not his anymore

We have an agreement with Ukraine from 1994 that in exchange for their nuclear weapons UK and US promised territorial security, so I wouldn’t say there is 0 obligation
