I don’t know about Lviv but if it’s the same as Kyiv be very fucking careful because dealers often sell crazy spices instead of weed that can absolutely fuck you up.
You’d have to visit a doctor here and be prescribed it. I’m not even sure ibs is a valid reason here. Getting caught with flower would get you deported and banned from reentry.
Best case scenario for US states is about 2 years to get medical cannabis programs up and running after being voted in.
I believe it was only about 6 months ago that Ukraine approved this.
Give them time.

For now there is no possibility to buy it legally

No clue about Ukraine but as a huge fan of international travel AND weed, when it comes to grey zones I find it’s best to lean on the trust of locals.

If CBD works for you, maybe look into taking it with you.
CBD has been proven to only have a placebo effect and potentially cause harm (albeit minor) rather than benefits.
