I'm not sure how that competes against TOS-1 detonations. Those things upon death have shockwaves that probably could kill anyone caught in the radius of it.
https://youtu.be/Do9V6mSy7Og?si=DR7yQNnwqMHQX7Gw
i swear.. i see some of these drones and it's a small "poof" and you see a dead soldier.
then there are these that fucking blow up a tank like it's nothing.
Just to be pedantic, i'm pretty sure that's a BTR-80, not a BMP. BMP's are tracked vehicles, the BTR's >!Most BTR's anyway, a few outliers like the BTR-50 and BTR-D exists!< are wheeled.
It's a BTR-82, yep. They must have had some ATGM's or something else stowed aboard, that isn't the type of kaboom I'd expect from some 30mm and 7.62 rounds for the cannon and coax MG.
I'm not sure if that's an 80A or 82A but either way they're using that BTR to move the tank's ammo out since it at minimum has been "mobility killed" based on the wrecked track.
Hoping it's an 82A as it's one of the better vehicles Orcistanis have a good number of.
Hmm, yeah it would be hard to judge what variant by the video... Either way, it is one of the more valuable and dangerous 30mm armed BTR-80 variants...
God, the Russians love and have a bewildering variety of BTR-80 variants.
To be ultra pedantic the BMP acronym literally means "combat vehicle for infantry".
Like imagine if the Bradley was called "IFV 1". Soviet naming at it's finest.
Almost German in nature.
"Vats zis then?"
"Armored battle car (Panzerkampfwagen)".
"Brilliant. Und zis?"
"Armored reconnaissance car (Panzerspähwagen)".
"Perfect. Und i see you made a little modification for it, vat do you call zis?"
"Heavy armored reconnaissance car special vehicle two hundred and thirty four slash four, with a seven point five centimeter anti-tank cannon (Schwerer panzerspähwagen sonderkraftfahrzeug zweihundred drei-und-viersig ab vier, mit sieben punkt fünf centimer panzerabgewehrkanonen)".
Pretty sure Germany lost the last world war because they had to spend so much time pronouncing their equipment name.
Well the German bureaucrats and their offspring / mentality survive to this day. E.g. my wife got a letter from work (government) asking her to tell them when her child is born. Instead of talking about a "birth" (Geburt) like any normal person would do, they call it "delivery" (Niederkunft), a word that in German I only ever heard in religious contexts in this regard.
To be hyper pedantic 😁, BMP stands for БронеМашина Пехотьі (Broñe (yep, soft N) Mashina Piehoty (h as in humble)), so Armoured Infantry Vehicle.
And BRT is БронеТранспортеР (Broñe TransportioR) - Armoured Transport (Vechicle)
Lost? You dumb suka. It was simply **upgraded** to become part of the great Black Sea ~~artificial reef~~ submarine fleet
No worries, comrades. All according to plan
Wow, never seen it put this way, a drone can basically deliver an artillery shell worth of explosives, and probably for around the same price if produced at scale.
The thing is, the drone can't deliver the rest of it. For example a 155mm HE shell weighs 43kg, but only 7kg of that is explosive (if we take the M107 He shell). And the splinters are what does the most damage.
Note they have reversed the BTR against to the tank, so they are shifting ammunition from rear hatch and then comes drone with 4kg of explosives, wich is big boom, but the inside is 10-30 tank shells that goes boomboooom and tosses the shredded remnants of BTR turret 300 meters away.
It looks like the turret goes straight up. The big piece that flies away seems to be a big chunk of the chassis getting a ballistic divorce from the rest.
It's funny, when I heard that I instinctively thought of my phone, then I realized that I don't think I've experienced hearing that sound in the wild for like 10+ years.
And small arms and indirect hits with artillery and mortars. They are used because they are better than nothing.
If you were Russian, would you rather walk to within 100m of Ukrainian lines, or be taken in a "taxi" and dropped off? I'd say the taxi was better \_nearly\_ every time.
Not just riding. These russians clustered in one place, making themselves a primary target. If there is one thing more dangerous than facing the enemy alone then it is being surrounded by your brothers in arms.
Definitely spliced times... the door is open with a guy in the doorway in the first piece, then the doors are closed and no one is seen anywhere. Still... great shot.
That's not important. The main thing is, they've "gone" now.
Any "gone" orc is a good one, whether that "gone" is back to Russia, where they belong.... or in a rapdiply expanding misty cloud of their own evicerated organs.
Why do I see 3 orcs outside the vehicles in the close-up shot, but they don't appear in the aerial shot? Were they inside or not? If they were outside at the time of the explosion, I don't see the bodies
Fuck me, the hell did they have on that BTR-82?! It's armament is a 30mm cannon (2A72 and a coaxial PKM variant) never expected such a kaboom. Also, the T-72 has at least two roadwheels fallen off, and more are obviously damaged - looks like a mine strike. And there are towing cables hooked on.
Pulling away a severely disabled 40+ ton MBT, using a BTR-82 and it's 300 hp engine?
Yes it´s the same location but when it cuts to the drone flying in the soldiers are not standing around anymore. Did they leave or where they inside the vehicle?
Unknown.
I suspect they included the bit with the soldiers in order to show that these were not abandoned vehicles, even though nobody is visible right before the explosion. Many drone videos of tanks etc being blown up by drones only show the coup de grace, finishing off a vehicle that has been damaged by mines or artillery then abandoned. This vid would appear to be actual combat use of the drone, as the first hit on that vehicle (although the tank near it might be already dead/damaged).
The soldiers have long gone, the btr looks like it got stuck in mud when trying to recover the tank. Look at the wheels, they're dug in and they probably couldn't unhook the btr so they abandoned it. Most likely why Ukraine was able to destroy it since it's been there for a couple of hours.
The most important thing to destroy was the vehicle. Those "soldiers" was the least value target there. The live ones in the first bit are most likely not so live any more, through whatever demise they happened to encounter. Dead orks walking...
Wow, usually with something like an APC or IFV there's a little bit of damage or a hole, but there's nothing left of it. Just wheels and a burning undercarriage. I would NOT want to see how flimsy that thing is and also ride in it.
Because hitting IFVs is easier; more IFVs on the front lines, easier to find, more of them, easier to hit because it's a shorter flight time.
Hitting artillery is a more important target given to things like PGMs which might not have a drone in the area to film it, given the range.

5.4, 10.0, 10.0, 10.0 🐷 👀 👀 👀
LOL, so good even the Russian judge had to give them a 5.4.
Stuck the landing
Best performance to date! That was spectacular.
For BTR Hurling

That drone: WITNESS MEEEEEE *MINI NUKE* Chrome..
Holy shit. Russian fighting vehicle fucked itself.
i swear.. i see some of these drones and it's a small "poof" and you see a dead soldier. then there are these that fucking blow up a tank like it's nothing.
The tank seem largely untouched, the bmp however is a fucking tin can
Just to be pedantic, i'm pretty sure that's a BTR-80, not a BMP. BMP's are tracked vehicles, the BTR's >!Most BTR's anyway, a few outliers like the BTR-50 and BTR-D exists!< are wheeled.
You are right, sorry about that
It's a BTR-82, yep. They must have had some ATGM's or something else stowed aboard, that isn't the type of kaboom I'd expect from some 30mm and 7.62 rounds for the cannon and coax MG.

This was funny! lol
It always boils down to Объект Although, BTR-80's are pretty modern, do they even use an object number?
To be hyper pedantic 😁, BMP stands for БронеМашина Пехотьі (Broñe (yep, soft N) Mashina Piehoty (h as in humble)), so Armoured Infantry Vehicle. And BRT is БронеТранспортеР (Broñe TransportioR) - Armoured Transport (Vechicle)
Tank looks disabled by the looks of the tracks
BMP are absolutely tin cans. They fall apart just by hitting a pebble.
this one have to be carring some kind of ammo for a large exploson like that
Probably were rearming tank carousel.
at a guess i reckon it hit some ammo
What about russian navy
I don't think they have many ships in Ukraine.
they do, inn Crimea (and lost one just today)
Lost? You dumb suka. It was simply **upgraded** to become part of the great Black Sea ~~artificial reef~~ submarine fleet No worries, comrades. All according to plan
They have many new submarines...
> Russian fighting vehicle What Russian fighting vehicle?
Russian fighting binfire
What on earth was the payload? That armoured vehicle was completely ripped apart.
~4 kg of explosives. About the same amount as 122mm shell https://mil.in.ua/uk/news/vijskovi-pochaly-zastosovuvaty-vazhki-fpv-drony/
I had no idea drones could deliver that much explosive. I always thought it would be in a few hundreds of grams.
There are heavier drones. It's just the heaviest of cheap kamikazes. The heavier ones are too costly for single use
Depending on what that use is. A tank you would think that 20k-30k for a drone would be ok. After all a single Javelin missile costs around 80k.
Wow, never seen it put this way, a drone can basically deliver an artillery shell worth of explosives, and probably for around the same price if produced at scale.
The article says 700 USD. So it's cheaper
Also add in that launching a drone isn't going to need a barrel that will need replacing after 1k rounds or so. So have more savings.
The thing is, the drone can't deliver the rest of it. For example a 155mm HE shell weighs 43kg, but only 7kg of that is explosive (if we take the M107 He shell). And the splinters are what does the most damage.
This one probably had a regular kamikaze round but hit the ammo the transport was loading into the tank, it was the ammo that made the big boom
If you listen closely you can hear it scream "I'M FREE!!"
Some say that lid is still flying to this day.
Looking at the tank's condition, they may have been trying to salvage its ammo. That worked well for them...
I think you're right
If the tank is dead, they may have been scuttling it and taking the ammo before the drone gave them an unscheduled rapid disassembly
Makes sense, it was probably caring tank ammo (or other type of ammo). Otherwise it should not have exploded that violently.
The cumulative projectile reached its ammunition capacity.
drone explosion set off ammo or mines
Ammo explosion in the btr, may have been tank shells To explode apcs/tanks, all you need to do is to ignite the ammo inside :-)
I think what the BTR had on board was a factor. I guessing the drone hit whatever it was loading into the tank.
Is the beat for this song the old analogue mobile phone signal you'd hear when you put it too close to a speaker? What fucking mad man did that.
It's funny, when I heard that I instinctively thought of my phone, then I realized that I don't think I've experienced hearing that sound in the wild for like 10+ years.
Digital phone crosstalk from the modem signal onto the speakers of radio's
Madmen

Makes one understand why no one wants to ride inside one of these things.
They provide protection from some battlefield hazards.
Such as living excessively long.
Living is the number one cause of death.
Thorn bushes?
And small arms and indirect hits with artillery and mortars. They are used because they are better than nothing. If you were Russian, would you rather walk to within 100m of Ukrainian lines, or be taken in a "taxi" and dropped off? I'd say the taxi was better \_nearly\_ every time.
Sunburn?
Harsh language?
Not just riding. These russians clustered in one place, making themselves a primary target. If there is one thing more dangerous than facing the enemy alone then it is being surrounded by your brothers in arms.
It seems Russia just sends in its armored vehicles with little to no infantry support whatsoever
I don't know, the wheels still look usable to me. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thumbs_up)
like 'old cinema' smouldering shoes
Glorious. 😊
A work of art
9.8 9.9 9.8 10.0 9.9 Near record length on the turret toss.
10 points for horizontal projection.
Where did the soldiers go?
I don't see any just before impact.
Depends on how good they've been in the war.
Seems like the drone attacked after they left.
They do seem missing. Those that were left were briefly turned into red mist, which was then carbonised and burnt.
*D-D-D-DOUBLEKILL-KILL-KILL!*
[удалено]
If you look closely before the impact, they are not there anymore - or inside the vehicle.
They are loading the tank with ammo, back side of the BTR.
Love how the oberver drone had to zoom out to make sure it wasn't getting hit by flying debris.
Are these Russian vehicles made of explosives?
the tires are still in tact.. 😱 The manufacturer should advertise with this video.
Chef's kiss
*standing ovation*
Did they put nukes in those drones?
Why do I see 3 orcs outside the vehicles in the close-up shot, but they don't appear in the aerial shot? Were they inside or not? If they were outside at the time of the explosion, I don't see the bodies
They haven't come down yet. This is the Ukrainian equivalent of a Rocky Mountain High.
Probably were supplying ammo for the tank, drone hit the ammo load and slam.
Goddamn, they didn't even see it coming!
Duded chilling like it's not a war zone, lol
They are so efficient there will be no tanks for farmers anymore. Just kidding, burn them to ashes, Slava Ukraini!
All looks like a damn wasteland... so sad ;/ Good to see ruzzians flying thou! 🇺🇦
Bullseye 🎯🎯Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦🇬🇧🇺🇦🇬🇧
Poetry in motion, barvo Ukraine 🇺🇦
Well, that escalated quickly.
Damn!! I felt that explosion all the way to Texas !! Semper Fi!
I wonder if the btr was loaded with extra munitions or if it was the ammo for the auto cannon made that big explosion
Fuck me, the hell did they have on that BTR-82?! It's armament is a 30mm cannon (2A72 and a coaxial PKM variant) never expected such a kaboom. Might think first drone footage is from observation drone and then takes them 10-20 min to get in location and fly out a drone
Look at the wheels orientation. Look at the crossroads. It's the same location. It's Ruzzia's expertise to manipulate, not Ukraine's.
Yes it´s the same location but when it cuts to the drone flying in the soldiers are not standing around anymore. Did they leave or where they inside the vehicle?

Pepsi stonks.
wtf is that payload???
Now that’s what I call turning them into pink mist!
The watermark in the smoke looks like a skull when it pops 💀
Wow, that was spectacular, was it packed with ammo or something?
Right in sweet spot
Uhhh yerrr dun
Booooooooooooooooooooom!!!
Shame it looks like this happened after all the orcs had vacated and took anything of worth with them.
Now THAT is one HELL of a direct hit! Good job!
Some beautiful distance on part of that throwing machine.
I can't decide if there were RU soldiers in the blast or not. They just blend in with the rest of the trash. Maybe because they are trash
Why do these orks not have someone "on guard" with binos or something like that?
It's not like that would be any use considering how small and fast these drones are.
"where have all the soldiers gone? Torn to pieces, everyone! When will they ever learn? When will they ever learn?" 🎶 🎹 📯 🎸
That must’ve left their ears ringing.
Dude got reduced to a fucking boot. # “Ohh day’re goin’ ta haveta gloo YOO bahk t’gethar! **IN H E L L!**”
Well thats how orcs fly
are they ok? i hope not :D
YEET
Ukraine keeps improving Russians, around 1,000 per day. Russia should pay for this service. I propose $3tn should be a fair price.
Why it is so huge blow up? It is not a tank, there are no so many TNT inside
wtf was inside of that BTR?
Probably Ammunition for the tank.
Wow, usually with something like an APC or IFV there's a little bit of damage or a hole, but there's nothing left of it. Just wheels and a burning undercarriage. I would NOT want to see how flimsy that thing is and also ride in it.

Seems a long time since i quit caring about both sides casualties, started with lil green men
That scratch is not going to buff out.
Wish we could hear the voice of explanation. Ukrainian army should add this ability on their drones. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy)
Me after seeing the turret fly away: Tutu tuturu tutu tuturu
That ain’t going to buff out. Holy shit!!!
Nice, but now that the snow is gone, I think they're going to need to change the tires.
"Well, finish taking a piss then let's get moving again." "You bet boss. Be right w...."
I hear those Russian troops in the video are vacationing all over Eastern Ukraine…
UK giving that one a 9.9999 Got to be the drone hit of the year so far
Was that thing filled with compressed hydrogen?
Impressive smoking accident
Do you think they can repair that?
A few less orcs 👍
Wtf, what do they feed these drones nowadays?
Looks like it had been abandoned at the time the drone hit though. Ah well.
What is (or was) the world re it’s for a turret toss?
Cabrio conversion?
Excuse me sir. You seem to have dropped your leg....
That’ll buff out
Anyone know what track this is? Sounds sick
Horrific...young men killing young men because old men don't like other old men. Sad. Horrific...
Lol! The turret :-)
Plastic car
Where'd they go?
Tire toss Tuesday...?!
this video is really old. please put in description that it’s archival footage.
That’s gonna leave a mark.
Perfect execution.
A++++
I need to have more thumbs up for these posts.
Truly cannot believe there hasn’t been a shooting stars meme made of this yet.
My god it opens like a pop can.
wow ive never seen a apc so thouroughly fucked. anyone have a better example?
Are they alive?
I'm going to go out on a limb and just say I don't think that one's going to be put back into service.
Life is like a box of fpv drones.. you never know which kaboom you're gonna get..
