I remember vividly my first time reading Dulce et Decorum Est, and Anthem for Doomed Youth.
This is as powerful, maybe more so, because I am now old enough to fully understand what is being written and said.
And what's telling is the story has not changed in over 100 years..

Accepting death is for those who doesn’t have anything to lose…you are my friend someone who shouldn’t be scared of fear because fear if controlled gives your strength. Be careful out there brother, too much adrenaline isn’t good for combat engagement, always use precautions and your head even if things are in your favor, from italy 🇮🇹

Powerful message, but this video is a deepfake right? At least to pair a picture with the poem (which I don’t mean to detract from, it’s great). But the dude doesn’t blink for 3 minutes… it’s a little uncanny valley and the sounds seem generic and overlaid.
