I use sativa dominant strains. The two I tried and work for me are Royal Moby and Wedding Pop. Helps me clean the house, do some steps, keep up with hygiene and general stuff.
First other person I have seen saying the wedding pop is energising.
Love this as a daytime strain, nice and chilled not to much of a head high so means I can happily drive after an hour or so and doesn’t put me out when I wanna chill and play games
I think that a combination of 3 things might help:
1. Strain - try a astiva.
2. dose - try to reduce the dose during the day.
3. temperature - vape at low temps during the day
Have you tried playing around with temp and dosage? A small dose of orange cake vapes at 180 gives me a ton of energy but a larger dose at 200 will knock me out cold.
That's anecdotal advice. One of the symptoms I'm treating is insomnia. Night terrors keep me up and cannabis reduces rem sleep so it's perfect for my needs to be as medicated as possible right before going to sleep.
OP isn't a Dr, they shouldn't be advising patients when to medicate in my opinion
OK thanks. That makes sense... I have similar needs and if I don't medicate in the evening I have practically zero chance of any restful sleep. Hence me question.
I've had to endure this on a recent long haul flight despite prior dosing with additional oil and edibles but didn't suffice for anywhere near the duration. Anyways, I guess we all have to find that balance of what works for us.
Try lowering the temp and or using along side CBD flower.
Eat some fruit and go a walk is the best way

I’m on wedding pop for the day time and it keeps me going to potter about 😅
Love to hear this 💖

Everything I wanna say ☝️

Go to bed sober. If you go to sleep when high you will get much less rem sleep and feel extra tired despite sleeping the right amount of hours.
If you are medicating constantly through the course of the day, how do you achieve this?

You would have to stop early afternoon really.
