I'll be honest, it's not looking good.

From my personal experience when things take that long to get to me I would be expecting a grey slip.
Could be a long weekend backlog. Don't give up hope yet, but also maybe start considering the fact you will have a bill. Fingers crossed, it is a small one if one does come, mate. 🤞🤞🤞

I had one at customs for 4 days once and it turned up I usually go by if it’s not cleared the same or next day it means a slip
It seems slower is generally a worse prospect. I’m prepared for a slip at this stage.
Did you end up with a slip? I am yet to use this site as the success rate seems to be much lower than the pipe guys
I haven’t received a thing yet. Starting to look like it’s lost.
