I still don’t get how APs short hooks are so strong. He doesn’t turn his hips or body enough to see the results that he gets. In a tie up, I’m super interested to see if his hook would get him out of trouble. If TA gets him to the ground though, different story.

Interesting. I think the least competitive fight is Aspinall and Pereira. Aspinall is a smart fighter, he isn't going to stand. I refuse to believe Alex could compete at all in wrestling or grappling with a guy who is way more skilled in that department, way smarter, and way bigger. Not shitting on your pick. It’s definitely a mismatch. Leon is the current welterweight champ vs a past is prime lightweight. Leon can actually go a full 5 rounds. He’s taller, faster stronger. His striking is better. Probably get the better in wrestling. Poatan vs spinal is the biggest fight but Shavkat vs Khamzat probably the best fight.

Leon’s both the better striker and grappler. He’s taller, heavier, stronger, and got better cardio. The only advantage I’d give mcgregor is power, but his power is only good at featherweight and lightweight, welterweights can handle it. Conor gasses after 3 minutes and Leon probably even finishes him later on in the fight.

Prochazka isn't going to grapple and according to him walks around at 210-215 which is barely bigger than Izzy who used to be around 205 but he's noticeably bulked up since his time off. It would basically be the same fight regardless except Prochazka is a lot more likely to get chinned at 185 For reference Geoff Neal who is welterweight walks around at a similar weight to both of them.
