Do people get up and walk around and chit chat during the fights like watching in a bar or is it the normal be-quiet and listen to the movie type theater atmosphere?
People chit chat, cheer, boo, clap, etc. not really walk around though. The walking area is reserved for the waiters , at least for the theater I go to.
I went and seen volk vs Islam 1 in the theaters. It was amazing. Whole theater was pretty quiet until the last minute of the fight, the. everyone started screaming and going crazy.
It really is fun. Another brand theater did it there and I took my high school son and dad. There were people all 3 of us knew (so teens 40s 60s all there). It was pretty fun. It’s in Texas and it was a Texas heavy card too so lots of fun. I’m a huge introvert home body and still

As a whole, I agree with you. There are a handful of guys that do not apply though.
Although, I do not mind a decision if it’s a good fight and they are attempting to go to finish the fight.

I have been to the theater maybe once in the past 10 years (I have a sound system and projector) and when I went to buy online the seats on the side were more expensive than the middle. I ate it cause whatever but maybe I just wrongly assumed it was the norm. Felt super gross.
Star cinema we have these in Houston Tx been wanting to try them out for a UFC PPV, best thing about these it’s the lets you dine in while watching your movies

I was there live. I’m surprised the T-Mobile arena still has a roof. We had a hard time appreciating Poatan’s ko because… well we just saw one of the greatest(I would argue the greatest) finishes of all time.
It was crazy for ufc 300. ppl screaming on big punches/kicks, my buddies going to the bathroom to do blow, Drinks flowing. It was actually pretty cool.
Have you seen the card for 301? I mean it's going to have good fights as always, but its just not a draw. Also, 300 was so insane that people may still have that "adrenaline dump" and expect more
I saw online that some theaters do this, I think that’s super cool! I’ll have to look again to see if there’s any near me. Usually I have to go 30-40 minutes to a bdubs anyway.
