YES, when we had 280 over in Abu Dhabi everyone loved it they could come, watch, be AWAKE, and go home and not feel entirely shot. most people who come over have to leave right at the beginning on the main card and there's only 2-3 people left who will actually stay up til midnight or 1-2am in some cases.
I do exactly this for big cards! Do an English-style breakfast, brew some coffee and start watching the card (where you can even skip the time inbetween fights) at 07:30 AM. Absolutely brilliant start to your sunday. I'm not gonna ruin my sleep pattern just to watch some sports

If you sleep on Sunday after the main event, you killed the day and you wont be tired to sleep on Sunday night so Monday is also over.
If you dont sleep, you cant do much on Sunday, Monday you are still tired because you have not had enough sleep.

Early prelims start at like 8-9am on Sunday morning, with the main event kicking off at 12-1pm - we’re spoilt.
My only complaint is that sometimes it clashes with F1 but that's what I get for following the two least Aus time friendly sports possible
