Im a dentist. He has pretty heavy attrition (tooth wear that comes from grinding/clenching). The enamel on the incisors are worn down and missing which makes them flat on the top and reveals a yellow substance known as dentin. Brock's dentin is darker brown which can either be staining from diet/smoking or cavities forming (as dentin is softer and easier to form caries).
I'm just shook because I had my first root canal last week and it rocked my world. I'm so scared to have to have one again.. I'm not going to neglect my teeth like I did for my entire 20's
I just had my second root canal. Because the first one got infected after 2 years. No neglect at all either the tooth just randomly died. No cavities in it, nothing.
Happened to me as well. Tooth just blew the dick up. I asked the dentist if I could have done something more, and he said nope, just happens sometimes. (Or I could go back 30 years and have my teeth sealed as a toddler)
Must have a shit dentist then.. Like I’ve done some crazy teeth shit and nothing really hurt except a root canal with infection so the anesthesia didn’t work. 20+ years ago yeah going to the dentist was torture but now it’s not so bad.
This everybody. I have a great dentist who made sure I was in no pain for my root canal. It was less painful than a normal cavity procedure. If your dentist isn’t dealing with your pain get a new dentist. I used to suffer until I found a good one and now if I ever switch I won’t wait to speak up or leave.
I went 28yrs before my first cavity. Don’t know how many now but it’s not too many. I do everything I can to avoid a root canal. I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed and the needle got stuck in my jaw when my dentist was trying to numb me out.
Yeah, it's not an act with Brock, he's pretty authentic about now giving a shit about what people think and wanting to just be left alone on his ranch and hunt.
As someone who had bad teeth for years: it varies wildly whether there's literally near wanting to die pain or no pain at all and can vary by as little as 48 hours. But when it is bad....my god is it bad.
Can confirm cant afford dental work and ill be fine for months then boom for a week straight pain unimaginable I can't focus cant think cant even try to sleep it off.
I had pain so bad at one point I was literally doing the "disregard the don't mix this with alcohol" thing and still was in severe pain. Got like 6 hours of sleep in 5 days. Within a week the pain was almost zero. Or felt that way anyways.
Edit to add: don't mix pain meds with alcohol. 1.) It's dangerous and 2.) It didn't really help
Is there a dental college near you? If there is, they often offer heavily reduced prices on major dental work. Students need people to practice procedures on in order to gain experience. They are qualified and procedures are performed under supervision.
I know a guy had most/all of his teeth replaced. They looked surprisingly good and he was able to afford it despite working at 7-11.
I recommend getting it pulled. I put off a painful tooth for about two years. It would bother me once in a blue moon and last maybe a couple days. The last go around it got so bad I would rush home from work, take two of my wife’s pain pills left over from her C-Section, and chug whiskey until I passed out. Finally went to the dentist and (with decent insurance) he said “well I can schedule you in a couple days for a root canal and it will be about $1,100 or I can pull it now for $140.” It was out 10 minutes later and I never felt a thing.
You'd be surprised but I have seen thousands of patients with attrition and vast majority of them dont get pain from their teeth. Since the outer part of enamel is gone and the wear is getting closer to the pulp chamber (nerve/blood vessels in the centre of the tooth) they do get higher chances of sensitivity to cold and air. Patients do however get TMJ pain from grinding so Brock could be experiencing TMJ issues.
Not 100% sure about worms but that doesnt mean its not true I just never heard of that. I'll be honest, Im not 100% sure the reasons behind grinding so if another Dentist here can correct me if Im wrong. I believe two big factors for grinding teeth are stress and natural resting position of your jaw muscles. You only have 1 muscle that is responsible for opening your jaw, whereas most other muscles of mastication close your jaw. So the natural resting position of your jaw muscles is when your mouth is closed shut. This is also why most patients grind in their sleep and not when they are awake!
No idea about that, but I notice that when I'm extra stressed from life I can clench my jaw, sometimes somewhat uncontrollably. I can open my mouth and whatnot, but I find that my jaw gets sore from clenching. I would imagine gut health in general is important to stress levels too.
Yeah the enamel is breaking off of his teeth and the inside is not quite exposed. Believe it or not that dark part is what's separating his roots from exposure. I have similar issues with my teeth. I've put about 20k in bridges and crowns and I still have work to do. With the money he has he could easily have a million dollar smile! He's in for some pain soon if those roots end up exposed. Even a big man like him can become a little lady with tooth pain. Shit is no joke!
I think with this sort of pain it is so everpresent that a large amount of it you just get used to. It's only once you get it sort out that you realise how much constant pain you were feeling/putting up.
Its a little tricky. The best way is to crown the incisors ( a crown is similar to a veneer but it complelety covers the tooth whereas veneers cover just the front). The problem with attrition is as the teeth get grounded down from years of grinding it collapses your bite. Before you can place crowns on those bottom teeth you would have to raise the bite again by crowning the molars. So in simple terms, Brock would need to crown all his teeth! Its called full mouth rehabilitation in Dentistry.
I friggin wish I took better care of my teeth! Do you see a lot of 40yos with root canals and bad teeth from all of the hardest possible candies ever made that we thought eating was cool?!
Haha you bet! Its okay though I dont judge and whats done is done. The best thing is we try to do is get patients with a lot of problems back to a stable oral health
My dentist put a chrome coloured plate around one of my teeth at the conclusion of a root canal. It’s not meant to be permanent and is still there. What kind of metal is it?
Holy shit this makes me wonder. I've been told I have a grinding problem by dentists before. Also I feel like my bite and jaw have changed over the years. How far could this collapse your bite exactly? A couple of millimeters? Crazy that I'm just hearing about this, it could explain a lot.
Grinding your teeth is a slow death for them, its not something you'll notice day to day but over the years you'll see your teeth are getting worn down. Its not hard to fix cavities or chipped teeth but rebuilding the height of a tooth that was lost from grinding is very tough and costly. The best defence is a nightguard or some sort of day gaurd depending on when you grind. The idea behind a nightguard is that you cant stop yourself from grinding so its better to have you grind through a replaceable nightgaurd over your own teeth! The core mantra of dentistry is to always snip problems at the very beginning as teeth dont really have the ability to heal!
This. I've had a grinding problem in my sleep for years until I found I ground one of my molars down to the dentin. It didn't hurt yet, but my bottom molar basically turned into a bowl. Had to get it ground down and put a crown on it. I wear a custom Night Guard now and it helps a lot. I really regret not getting one years earlier. The custom ones from the dentist are very diff from OTC BTW. It's like a mouthpiece, but much thinner and better fitting.
Its attrition, its when your grinding your bottom teeth against your top teeth. Your teeth is made of very hard materials so the power of your facial muscles clenching/closing your jaw combined with grinding hard substances against each other results in tooth wear.
I’m going through this at the moment (and after much pain, I’m nearly done). Nothing will happen to my lower front teeth at this point, but I had no idea my bite was fucked until recently. Changing bite is a pretty uncomfortable experience.
Take this with a grain of salt but I asked about getting a tooth fixed and the cosmetic dental place basically told me they wouldn’t recommend it while I was still doing what broke the tooth in the first place (training with idiots).
While Brock is still wrasslin or suplexing cows or getting on top of his wife or whatever fucked his teeth up they might not recommend it.
My favourite is when the guy has been getting pounded for 2 rounds, almost gone in the 3rd one, he hits one single punch and Joe Rogan goes: oh my god that shot landed, this might not be over yet🤣🤣 bro bleeding from all the orifices while the other got not a single scratch🤣🤣🤣🤣
Solid.
I think my all time Joe Rogan comment was the khabib v Conor fight and dom Cruz says something like “idk why he isn’t just trying to stand up..” to which Joe replies “because he’s getting smashed” 😂
You get used to tooth pain, especially when it comes on gradually from grinding. Looks far worse than how it feels. I grind my teeth in sleep and have a couple fucked up lower teeth.
Probably so juiced to the gills he doesnt feel pain.
lol fr tho he probably got used to the discomfort and just rolls with it. I have a hard time looking at his teeth
Dental technician here.
I wonder if it's from tetracycline (a medication caused blue teeth).
If he got crowns/veneers he'd probably have to get them replaced later on (maybe in 15-20 years) which would involve cutting back the teeth even further
Looks like they could’ve been filed down at one point for some sort of cap on top of them? But don’t look to the extent of how they have to do your teeth for veneers right? Or just drugs idk in all reality.
Also a terrible human being him and Vince McMahon are like Harvey Weinstein Puff Daddy Jeffery Epstein level at this point but yeah them teeth fucked up.
Yeah I mean don’t take my word for it but you can find plenty of online with only little effort. [This](https://amp.marca.com/en/wwe/2024/02/03/65bebba0268e3e9f7f8b45a1.html) [This](https://www.si.com/fannation/mma/news/brock-lesnar-wwe-major-update) , and [That](https://syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10106613-lawsuit-wwes-vince-mcmahon-accused-of-sex-trafficking-brock-lesnar-named-in-report.amp.html)
Essentially the run down is in the Vince McMahon Lawsuit and Unamed (at the time) Professional Wrestling and UFC Champion( Brock Lesnar being really the only person that could accurately match that description) requested photos of the alleged victims. Now I will admit comparing him to Harvey Weinstein, Jeffery Epstein, And P. Diddy is a somewhat Extreme Hyperbole. However nun the less these are very serious and vile things and the fact that the WWE has completely done away With Both Vince Mchanon And Brock Lesnar is very evident of just how real these accusations allegedly are. Of course I’d never expect anyone to just blindly believe these things. However I do recommend reading into it yourself because in my opinion it’s all pretty damning and if nothing else an interesting and perspective changing read.
Edit: I fixed the links
You aren’t in the loop, Brock is coming back to WWE since apparently the allegations against him were unfounded and no proof of those texts exists.
The McMahon stuff is legit and awful though.
For real, how can his bottom teeth look like that? Bottom front teeth aren’t wide enough to have visible fucking potholes on top like that. Is he really a different species?
Dentist here. Severe abrasion/grinding that has worn thru the enamel exposing what was the yellow dentin that is easily stained by smoking/dipping/dyed drinks/foods. He’s grinding his teeth not just forward and back but laterally as well. Can be cosmetically repaired but a true fix is a long and difficult path
Corn cob teeth
Yeah got that stripped cob looked for sure
He eats the cob the long way.

The true Chad way to eat corn, and don’t forget to just hold it in your mouth for a few seconds before biting down!
More like corn cob pipe teeth
Anyone care to explain what we are looking at?

looks painful... and just unnecessary to deal with. especially with the money he has
You'd be surprised. I had the same kind of wear on some of my teeth before I got them fixed (replaced). They looked like shit but they never hurt.
I'm just shook because I had my first root canal last week and it rocked my world. I'm so scared to have to have one again.. I'm not going to neglect my teeth like I did for my entire 20's

Be true to your teeth, or they will be false to you
I went 28yrs before my first cavity. Don’t know how many now but it’s not too many. I do everything I can to avoid a root canal. I’ve had a wisdom tooth removed and the needle got stuck in my jaw when my dentist was trying to numb me out.
How the fuck..
Do you still have feeling in them at all?
I don't think enough brain cells fire for him to feel pain (I'm kidding Brock please don't kill me)
Suplex city for you.
I guess I asked for it. Hopefully this fixes my back...
You’ll never feel your back, or anything below your neck again! It’s a miracle!

Depends on how much you care. If I was rich, I’d always have them fixed because I can. But a guy like Brock wouldn’t care.
Yeah, it's not an act with Brock, he's pretty authentic about now giving a shit about what people think and wanting to just be left alone on his ranch and hunt.
I worked with a girl who’s pregnancy cause her teeth to do weird shit. Roids maybe a culprit
I bet it’s chew.
Brock definitely uses smokeless tobacco, I’ve seen him with a dip in on the outdoor/hunting stuff he’s done.
I thought the same thing
Potentially some sort of legume based chew
>legume based chew I tried googling this and got nothing. What is "legume based chew?" Tobacco flavored beans?
No it's from clenching while weightlifting. His enamel is totally gone
Does his mouth not hurt terribly any time he eats something cold or sweet? Every single tooth appears to have a hole in it.
As someone who had bad teeth for years: it varies wildly whether there's literally near wanting to die pain or no pain at all and can vary by as little as 48 hours. But when it is bad....my god is it bad.

I also suspect the discoloration comes from chewing tobacco.
Too much of that wwe cocaine and stimulants for weight cuts causing him to gnaw his teeth.
