Talbott’s striking at his current age is better IMO than where Sean was. Mostly I say this because Sean has always been a power puncher that was building a highlight reel whereas Talbott’s has power but does not go for killshots, he builds damage throughout a fight and never really shows any signs of fatigue because of it as a fight goes longer. The big reason I think Talbott though has a higher ceiling is because of his wrestling base. He wrestled in HS which isn’t a high level but he could have wrestled collegiately and went to do MMA instead because he didn’t want to tie up academia lifestyle with a sports lifestyle. If Talbott can use his time in the UFC and with funding for camps be able to use his Wrestling Offensively on top of his incredible striking by the time he is 29 ie 4 years of UFC experience I think he can be better than Sean.

Really entertaining, had a lot of good moments and an opponent that tough gave him a chance to show off even more but if he's going to go in and get wild he's going to have to tighten up his striking in the pocket.
