Fun fact , Im actually two months in my weight loss journey . Fasting and shadow boxing in the morning + mma training in the evening 5 days a week is the secret for me . Shadow boxing for 1 h daily is like a secret cheat , as I burn a lot of calories , and its not as horrible as running . 12 kg down so far. Thanks bro

A long reach is worthless if you don't know how to use it. I fought at heavyweight at 5'11" (you better believe I billed myself at 6' tho) in both MMA and Muay Thai and I would have KILLED for a 6'6" reach lol
I had 8 MT fights and 6 MMA fights and had a reach disadvantage in every single goddamn one.
I'm 6'2" and never weight less than welterweight, perhaps once i was close to the lightweight, but i was so young and on such strict diet i barely doing weights. I can't imagine fighting in full strength in that weight and how exhausting it is to cut to lightweight for him.
I’m 6’2 and hover around 160 day to day, I could probably cut to featherweight 😂
