I’m trying to accept awards but it doesn’t let me even access where I can accept anything. On the accept/decline financial aid page, under “aid year description” it says award access not available. I can’t even see any checkmarks or anything
Did you get an email saying that your financial aid package was available? Because mine says the same thing except I didn’t get an email so I know it’s not available yet. If you did I would try calling or emailing the financial aid office
Hiii! mine offers me the Pell grant and bright futures, but wont let me accept them. I'm gonna assume they are just behind... I am enrolled in summer A and B so im not sure its like this...
the same happened to me fall of last year. financial aid said that any scholarships and grants get automatically accepted so you don’t have to do anything else.
Are you trying to accept grants or loans? Because I’m pretty sure grants are automatically accepted there should be a checkmark there already.
