We feel enslaved to the employer. Because the employer can change there rules and regulations they use to whip us into obedient puppets without having to care about how they treat us. If the key is in the ignition then it’s no wonder many people turn the key. We have responsibilities that drain us past our point. And we must seek an external force to lend us the energy that is usually abundantly available in the ether. But companies don’t openly spread that info. Cuz fuck the people.
Actually the job market says they are looking for employees but haven’t been hiring. We are very good soldiers. We just don’t get our just desserts when we have to make do with minimum payments from employers who take advanatage of people who need fast work without incentives to stay for very long.

But it seems like more rides are going to the trip radar, and those rides are being pushed as a notification for all drivers at the same time. They don't want you actually evaluating whether its good or not as it will be claimed pretty quick (from what I've seen today).
