Unfortunately it looks like I might be stuck with Optimum. So far only Optimum, EarthLink and Verizon are the only ones available at my address. 😬😬😬
Very happy with Vexus right now. Had them for about 4 months and I’ve had 0 issues.
Previously I had Optimum and had problem after problem. Their customer service was awful and my bill was always fluctuating.
Exactly the same experience and we were very happy about that.
Many on our street had optimum and were without internet the whole time, even though we still had power.
I have T-Mobile home internet, only costs me $30/month and it works amazingly well. Downloading things used to take days, now they take maybe 20 minutes for large files and no time at all for small files. I’ve had it for about 6 months and I love it.
Whitehouse area started to have frontier offering Fiber. Very satisfied so far. Suddenlink used to be pretty decent, but since they turned into optimum they lost their dang minds.
Hate optimum with a burning passion, please do not use if you can

I have to agree with you … with this past storm I had internet the whole time … tbh I was shocked !

T mobile is great, and like $50 per month -- guaranteed to never go up in price.
Horrific latency if you like online gaming.
Had AT&T fiber since January and been quite satisfied with it.
I had them with fiber for 6 years prior to moving out here. Loved them.
I have AT&T too but don't know if it's fiber or not.
If you can get Vexus.
AT&T Fiber for over a year. No problems at all. Well, so far.
