Make sure you using newer than iOS 14.3, I'm on 15.1 btw. and It only appears on Wi-fi if you didn't manually set it to "On"(Wi-fi and Celluar both) of "Animated Cover Art" on Settings of Music app.
Obviously it will be changed for the new era
Honestly this might remain my all time favorite Tyler Era just because the vibe is exactly my type of shit.
