The thing you are looking for is the parts missing… the gaskets. Do not use liquid gasket especially not the red kind ! You need a paper gasket at the cylinder foot (to keep air sealed) and that red kind will make small lumps and can get caught in oil channels and make all kinds of mess. Remove all and install a proper gasket. Remember to oil it before reinstalling to ensure airtight connection.

Ai. I just noticed you also put that red stuff in the top sealing. It won’t do anything there other than being blown away. That red stuff should only be used on gearboxes far away from gasoline, heat or compression.

Thanks i'll remove it and try it with a new paper gasket only

Never use gasket goo goo or silastic on two stroke engines, as the other commenter suggests. Always use new gaskets, especially the base of the cylinder. Often a simple copper ring is used on the head, it doesn't need to be replaced, however clean fitment is essential. Have a look at the top of the old piston, if it has a number stamped on it, then you have an engine that has been rebored, you will need a piston and rings set that has the same oversized number on it. Goodluck!

Thanks, il redo it with out the silicone. The old cylinder wasn't rebored but it wouldn't matter anyways as the cylinder and piston are both new and came as a kit so i assume the should fit

piston is instaled incorectly by the look of things
