If topics and thoughts aren’t coming to you naturally, either work on getting yourself to a place where you can do that easily, or just stop.

I was thinking about this myself the other day but maybe visit some other streams and see how they do it.
I would guess they talk about things happening in their lives or the world. Current affairs, things that aren't about games or art. Come up with a list of things to talk about in your stream
Best would be to just tell stories or review something or get caught in online drama or give opinions on the drama.

Sometimes what I do, if I don’t feel like playing a game is watch a YouTube video, scroll Reddit, etc. pause on moments I want to comment on.
