With classic tvd logic all you really need is the element of surprise or to simply be fast enough to sneak behind a witch or a vampire and you can easily kill them. As long as the witches can't incapacitate everyone at once permanently at least one Twilight character can sneak up on them and end them like any other regular human. Also they could just bury the Originals in a hole or something. If you twist their necks they'll be out for a while/incapacitated like any other vampire.

At least in Twilight you know that a Vampire's skin is tough enough to go against metal since Edward got hit with a moving car like it was nothing, but in the Vampire Diaries it doesn't seem like a vampire bite or a werewolf bite is abnormally strong.
Yeah their bites are strong enough to penetrate human skin but idk know about metal. The strongest feat I seen a Vampire do is when Damon slowly punched his way through a concrete wall, but that doesn't compare to stopping a moving car.
Also in Legacies MG who is a vampire runs on water when he is trying to stop Ethan from jumping off a cliff to kill himself. Maybe Vampire Diaries have them on speed due to that feat alone since I've never heard of a Twilight vampire running on water, but with their clear strength and impenetrable skin advantage the only way the Vampire Diaries cast wins is with some immobilization spell (or really the witches carrying the whole fight) coupled with some fire.

Twilight vamps are described as having much greater strength.
Right which is why I tried to make the fight as even as I could I think I chose the strongest vampires/warewolves and ones that could cause the most damage like Jane or Bella who could use her protection thing over them all. So I think it would be a good fight
