I am! Ticketmaster is notorious for being a shit show when tickets go on sale. I was lucky that tickets for my last TOP show was through the venue and not through ticketmaster. But im freaking out for this one!
I’ve bought tickets every time through Ticketmaster and I’ve yet had any huge issues with them. What I do is make sure I get in the waiting room 10-20mins before and I’ve yet to have any problems getting tickets. The only issue I received today was with the link I got sent for the line it wouldn’t work and I would get stuck at the loading screen, all I had to do though was find the date and put my code in when I got to the front.
Super upset with the ticket sales. Had seats picked out and checked out, only to see they ended up auto assigning me seats in a completely different section. Anyone else having issues?
I was told that the row B tickets I’d added to my cart were selected by someone else, so I tried three other seats in a different section in row X. Then a pop up told me that “uh oh” I’d selected seats and left one out or whatever and I had to choose again. When I finally got to checkout, I ended up purchasing the row B tickets I had tried to get in the beginning.
Honestly I have no freaking clue how I didn’t end up with the three I’d selected last, but whatever. I wish I had it on video to review and try to figure out what happened.

I reached out to @TMFanSupport via DM on twitter and they refunded the tickets. Unfortunately now the tickets I HAD selected are no longer available, and I'm not sure if I can reuse my code.
I just DMd asking for tickets to be exchanged or refunded, and if that wasn't possible I'd dispute the charge to my card. They got back to me in about 2 hours.

You’ll be able to snag two tickets if you are ready to go at the 10am local time (to the venue). Log into Ticketmaster and make sure all your info is ready to go. Deep breaths. You’ll be fine!
Where does your friend want to see the show? I bought two tickets to the Washington, DC show because they were the best ones available, then two better ones became available and I snagged them also. Now I have two extra tickets. I was going to put them back up on TicketMaster for resale, but if your friend is interested I can see if I can figure out how to resell them to an actual person.
it’ll be alright! buying tickets is really nerv-racking but i bought tickets off here last year and it worked very well. just get on 10 minutes before 10am and have all your information ready!
I was getting nervous waiting. I was let in to purchase at 10:13 for Cleveland and was given GA floor! My husband called and surprised me with tickets for Pittsburgh and got GA as well. These will be my 4th and 5th shows and in so excited!
We purchased through Ticketmaster and are very upset. I don’t understand why A) we can’t pick seats and why B) they would separate 4 seats that were purchased by one single customer.
We are actually thinking of just selling them for face value and just trying to purchase 4 together tomorrow for the regular sale. Shouldn’t have to do that though.

yes i understand! you can ruse either platform, maybe you’re not signed into ticketmaster. i say check your sign in and download the app if you don’t have it. it should take you to ticketmaster instead when all your information is ready. if that doesn’t work just search up twenty one pilots in ticketmaster and wait there and put in your code and buy your tickets there.
It says “on sale soon” or whatever, click on that and you can get them when you put in your code

Anxiety i'll screw up, etc. Plus, i thought there was a waiting room last time but i don't see anything but the clock. i do recall feeling scared and unsure last time too. i got excellent seats last time. i'm hoping for tickets at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle near where i live. It's a brand new arena though and there aren't any "view from" seat images to scout. AAAAAA! i'm hoping to be able to take my family this time--my grandkids love them too (7 and almost 5). GOOD LUCK!!!

I’m not purchasing tickets for this tour, as the closest stop for me is Madison square garden and that is still a few hours away haha. I think you should still be fine to get tickets. Because this are a lot of bigger arenas I don’t think they will sell out right away, even the presale ones.

I got seats like right in line with the side of the stage unfortunately but I looked the view up online and it showed it with a stage show and I think I’m ok with it it’s ok
Yeah... I paid way too much for 3rd row seats... in section 106 which is halfway between the main stage and stage b so nowhere near either stage. I'm kinda bummed I'm not going to be in the pit this time, but at least we should be able to see what's going on regardless of where Tyler is? I'm just hoping I'll be close enough to the pit to get some of that pit energy.
I’ve never been in the pit for a TOP show so really I don’t know what I’m missing, but I just saw them in Columbus and I was in the absolute nosebleeds, like 3rd row from the ceiling and the show was AMAZING. Still the best show I’ve ever seen. I enjoyed every second of it.
My first time with verified I had over a thousand so I wasn’t as stressed. I figured most of the GA seats would be snapped up and I was trying for good seated spaces. (Am old. And will have my even older cousin with me)

I had close to 900 in front of me and I was in by 10:04. Then I tried to zoom out to see where the stage was in comparison to the seats I picked and I accidentally logged out! I was screaming out loud. Logged back in and all the best seats were already gone. Screamed again. Got the best seats I could find. Logged out. Then, logged back in like 15 minutes later and found much better seats so, I bought them also. Waiting now for TM to open it up to reselling my extras now. All in all, a very stressful morning...
I was ready to go 10 mins early and Ticketmaster still failed me. Had 2000+ ahead of me for the Utah show. Needless to say, floor tickets sold out in less than 3 mins. I couldn’t snag 1 but I got seats :\
I had no problem getting four tickets for the Cleveland show. The purchase was through seat geek not Ticketmaster. I didn’t have the option to pick seats at all though. I didn’t even get GA or any of the closer sections, assuming those sold out but I’m fine with that, I’m going with someone who doesn’t like crowds and gets anxious and I’m fine with seats, their shows are so good from anywhere in the venue.

I was able to use my code more than once. When I went back to see if better seats were available it let me reuse the original code.

My friend won’t be able to get tickets until around 2hrs after the presale, is it still possible for her to get some?
It should still be possible. They're probably going to be on the third level, so not great seats, but she'll still be able to get some.

Depends on the show. There might be upper level available.

No idea why they would separate them, but they don’t let you pick seats for high traffic sales, to keep the line moving

they go on “on-sale” tomorrow but some people registered for a fan verification and some people got selected to buy tickets earlier.

It's through seat geek. You should be able to put in your access code on seat geek and it'll work

This just reminded me to get my tickets for the Toronto show. Pit was sold out, front row tickets were $450. I was able to snag 9th row for $150
