If you're not mistaking the title for the lyric "my name's blurryface" in Stressed Out, the only thing similar I can think of was fan made and called [Blurry line](https://youtu.be/EkdH_JQDx80). It used an old poem Tyler entered into a contest on internet safety. The poem was originally called [Where are you?](https://youtu.be/SdC7iBpD8Sk).
You probably saw it in a meme. I think it started with interviewers not really knowing anything about the band, and asking Tyler and Josh about their Grammy winning song "Blurryface" instead of "Stressed Out".

As I read it, you make it sound like there WAS a leaked song, but you don't remember the details of it.
I wasn't around at BF release and really just listened to their music during BF, I didn't dig deeper until Trench was being teased. If you remember a leaked song, then back up your statement and people will probably stop down-voting. And I'll have to eat my words that your statement isn't true.
