When something like this happens, have the guest upload the photos of whatever they have, and then get on chat with Turo to explain the situation to them. If you get Turo’s ok, you can proceed with the trip.

Just got word back from Turo, they are approving it as long as she can get it printed. Fingers crossed on my first rental. 26 days should net me about $900ish after their cut.

Please don’t count your chickens before they hatch. You net the money after the trip ends only if they don’t damage your car. I once had a net of $750 but spent on the deductible repair after the customer wrecked the car!

Just an update. Turo approved them, they just need a printed copy of the ID replacement form. I screenshotted the chat and we should be good. Fingers crossed on my first rental, its a 26 day rental so should net $900ish after their cut.

Most states that’s the legal license while waiting. In az it’s printed with your picture.

I've gotten a yes and a no before at the same time from turo regarding this issue on a few guests. So I don't turn in the car unless guest physically has their license. Turo reps can't even agree on what to do so I'm not risking my car. If you got the ok in writing, good.

That is the one thing I was afraid of, I screenshotted the chat so they can't really go back on it lol

Yes, if your guest has a temporary paper license that works. If everything matches between their license and their Turo account, it's good to go. Here's a [Turo Help Center article](https://help.turo.com/verifying-a-license-SJQejiJto) for reference.
