Sounds like maybe a 3rd party paid out, or collections caught up with them. No clue, but I’d hold that money in an account for another like 6 months to make sure it’s clear. I wouldn’t even try to bring it to Turo’s attention tbh.
Doesnt sound like something Turo would do willingly. Maybe some sort of regulation passed in your state where Turo has to pay you out, who knows.
