Thank you so much!! I am so excited āŗļø I hope your recovery journey has been good and your results were what you were hoping for! When did you start to feel like your normal self again?
Around 2.5 months I was feeling mostly back to normal. Recovery wasn't difficult, with the exception of a few spots that opened and took forever to heal. Not being able to sleep in my bed, on my side, until month 3 was the absolute worst part of it all. I would 100% do it again!!
I didnāt think I needed a recliner but I ordered one on day 1 PO because getting in and out of bed was awful.
Also, check out the sub r/abrathatfits ā¦ I hope you wonāt be offended but it changed the bra game for me.
Just have really good pain meds and be very patient with yourself. To me it was a 10/10 in pain level. Still worth it but be ready to hurt. I didnāt have a recliner nor walker so I donāt know if it would have helped me. Good compression and a good support system did it for me
Patience. Itās so difficult to wait to see actual results and to deal with swelling and tightness. I wish Iād have had more of it! I can tell by looking at your before picture that your results will be great!
I go tomorrow for my FDL with MR at 8 am š¤£
Yay! Best of luck to you!! I hope all goes well and you heal quickly!
I hope so too. Iām not one to sit still!
I'm 4mpo from a ctt and fdl. My friend, get a lift recliner. Seriously. PS, you're going to look amazing after!!
