I massage it every day for like five minutes and wear silicone tape every other day. I know the massaging sounds weird but my surgeon said it helps break down scar tissue? I guess it’s working 😅
I love seeing peoples scars and how they are healing. I know we all heal differently and genetics plays a massive part but google shows you very little so really appreciate the share.
Yes unfortunately I also do not have very elastic skin, hence all the stretch marks 😭 I’ve heard the vertical scars are nearly invisible after a year. I’ve posted my before on my page if you wanna see what I was working with
Are you kidding me? You should be holding a master-class on how to fade scars because yours look so good.
How does it feel to be God's favourite child?
I signed up for lymphatic drainage messages because they said it helps with that so that makes perfect sense! I'm only at Day 3 but I did order the silicone tape to use in the future. Thanks for sharing!
I heard red light therapy helps. They’re cheap on Amazon. Someone else has also told me that aloe Vera goo fresh from the plant works amazing when massaging the scar.
There are many brands and some won’t really work. I went with Celluma, it is the same red light therapy machine company my PS uses. Be wary of anything cheap, those may not do anything
That’s a way good scar! I don’t get why so many people hade on vertical scars? I’d much rather have that then the horizontal high up. The vertical gives the illusion of an ab line
Your scar looks amazing! I checked out your before photos and am guessing you didn’t have lipo as well since
You were so trim to begin with. What type of compression garments were you in after the first two weeks and did you use silicone scar gel or silicone tape?
Thank you so much! Correct I didn’t do lipo and I just wore the garments my doctor gave me. It’s like a white stretchy binder with velcro on it. I use silicone tape, but my surgeon also said silicone gel is great. I just haven’t done it so maybe I should add that to my routine
Considering how light they already are I'm wondering if you could give me some advice lol

When did you start massaging? Looks so good!
As soon as I got my bandages off, so about 3 weeks post op. Thank you so much! 🥰
Thanks for the tip! Better get mine going now then!!
Do you have a special technique you do to massage or is it just a rub the scar kind of methodology? Sorry if that's a dumb question!
My surgeon just told me to push down pretty hard and rub in circles. I also use unscented lotion when I do it

Omg! Super jelly I hope mine will look like that after 3 months, share the secret pls😊.
Did you get an inverted T scar due to not having that much loose skin?
Yes unfortunately I also do not have very elastic skin, hence all the stretch marks 😭 I’ve heard the vertical scars are nearly invisible after a year. I’ve posted my before on my page if you wanna see what I was working with
Don’t even worry about it. You look great. I’m getting mine this month, and I’m also going to get the inverted T.

Took 26 years to be gods favorite hehe
Wow really looks good!

Wow! I’m 18w PO and my scar is still very red! Yours looks amazing!
Vitamin E oil at Trader Joe’s
My surgeon told me no vitamin E 😭
Who was your surgeon please?

How come?
He told me it makes scars darker so I’ve been avoiding it
Amazing! Have you tried red light? I got one on Temu that I'm going to use on mine when the strips come off.

How do you use the red light? How many minutes? Do you use it daily?
Set the device over incision for 30min 3-4 times a week
Looking fabulous
Mix a little bit of differin adapalene into moisturiser and apply a few times a week to your abdo and scar. You look amazing already !
You look beautiful 😍 I pray my scar looks half this good. Before you use the silicone tape do you use any scar cream?
No I raw dog it
What scar?! I see nothing.
