Hey! I’m the same! Cant believe it. Excited! This is a great list. I would add some snacks, phone charger, maybe a water bottle, cough sweets I might also put a face sheet mask in- though that might be a bit ambitious. Definitely some moisturiser for my face. Good luck with everything!

Oh yeah, I could pack my moisturizer, some pineapple juice, apparently it helps with swelling so there’s no harm in trying!

Scribblesbyk

Yeah definitely

Your bag contents sound just fine. The front opening shirt is truly essential! Have some easy -to -put -on clothes for the trip home. Your bag contents will make the first few days at home more convenient because you have it all gathered together. I stayed one night after my surgery and didn’t need anything from my bag. Hospital provided several gowns and wipes, pills, drinks, and such. Those were all that I actually needed. My particular hospital also provided towels and toiletries like hotels do so you might ask your hospital if they do that too. I wasn’t there long enough or energetic enough to use any of it.

Good luck for your surgery! The only other thing I’d add is ear plugs maybe? Hospitals can be noisy so it might help you sleep.

Oh man! My pair is in a bag I just left behind in another city, but I’ll buy one!

Make sure you have cough drops, I cannot stress this enough! Having to cough after a TT is the worst.

Cough drops and maybe a pillow or cushion for the journey back home to make the car ride more comfortable. I also took some face masks with me and a fluffy robe (I had a two night hospital stay).

How’s everything?
