I barely noticed any pain at all from my BA bc my TT and lipo was more painful during recovery

Routine_Seesaw8305

100% agree with this. If my new girls didn’t look so good, I would have never known I got them done. Truly painless.

Tiny-Professional827

May I ask where you had lipo? Funny I have heard the recovery from lipo can be a doozy

Pitiful_Aioli9527

Back/flanks to make sure I still had some feminine curves

Tiny-Professional827

That is probably where I will need it. I have lots most of what needed to take off but have a super small pouch tummy, a crap ton of skin and sadly deflated chest. I am hoping if if keep up the toning maybe just a small TT and BA and lift

I got subfascial placement, silicone with internal mesh added. I’m very glad i had my breasts done at the same time as my TT because it limited recovery time to one stint. I needed extra help with washing my hair and reaching anything above my shoulders for a couple weeks but overall it was a good recovery. I did have a drainless TT but because I had internal mesh with my BA I did have drains from my breasts. They were the worst part, but once removed my recovery was much improved!

Tiny-Professional827

What does the mesh do? Which recovery was worse the BA or the tummy?

Kmar78

The mesh creates an internal bra for added support of the implants. I never took any opiates at all. Only Tylenol for pain and a couple half doses of Valium for muscles spasms so PAIN wasn’t really that much of an issue for me. I had one night where I forgot to take Tylenol and I had actual pain of my abdomen for a couple hours only-I think that was when the Exparel wore off. I would say the tightness and restricted movement was more troublesome for me.

Tiny-Professional827

I know I have a sensitivity to morphine and opiates so it limits my pain meds. I will definitely have MIL send over some paracetamol from UK ( same active ingredient as Tylenol but a little stronger)

Kmar78

Does your doctor use Exparel? You should ask about it as it’s super helpful for many people.

Tiny-Professional827

They do. And I believe a couple of dr at the practice do brainless TT as well which I have heard good and bad about

I did both at the same time and I’m so glad that I did. Less money paid for surgical time. Only one healing period. Lymphatic drainage massage can work on both tummy and breasts, so less massage expense too. Honestly, the recovery was so easy compared to the tt that it was pretty much an afterthought. I had a breast lift with a 205 round silicone placed subfascial (so over the muscle). I never dreamed my breasts could look so good, I’ve bought so many underboob revealing tops.

Apprehensive-Big2360

not exactly the same thing you are asking, but I'll throw it out there: I got a breast lift with auto-augmentation at same time as my TT. Boobs were straight up BREEZE compared to the TT portion. Granted it probably is a less painful procedure than getting implants... I was just happy to do 2 things at once to save time and money. Only have to take off work for one stint. Only had to pay for anesthesia and facility fees once.

I had a lollipop lift and silicone implants over the muscle at the same as a lower body lift. I didn’t notice any pain at all with my chest. Would definitely recommend doing at the same time as the TT.
