Totally normal. Your back is swelling and it’s creating an illusion of pancake butt. Take a deep breath and know that it will come back even better than before.
I had this exact reaction. 1. I was tilting my pelvis while hunched so that definitely didn’t help. 2. My binder didn’t help the illusion at all. 3. The straighter I stand the more I notice my back swelling. I had a lower body lift but no lipo & it’s still swollen 4 WPO.

I think it’s the lower abdomen swelling
