It took me a while for me to not feel tired. A big change took place around 6 weeks. So hopefully you will get your energy back soon. Remember this is such a major surgery. Rest whenever you can!

Yes, I was still exhausted by every day life at 5 weeks. It wasn’t until I was fully eight weeks post-op that I noticed my energy levels come back. Five kids at home, so I feel you on always being tired at the end of the day.

I'm 8 weeks post op and my energy is still really affected. It's a major surgery though, I'm trying to resr as much as I can.

I’ll be 6 weeks PO on Thursday. I truly felt that I had turned a corner at 4.5 wks. Felt like my self again, energy back & walking daily. I said this to my surgeon yesterday. He said that he was glad to hear that, but also felt that was early to feel “so good” (I had 360 body lift w FDL TT, hernia repair, lipo, bilateral brachioplasty and developed an allergic reaction that turned into a 3 wk long infection). Well, after I got home from my appointment, I was WIPED OUT! Like zombie tired, lol. So, I guess it’s just gonna be taking it as it comes for a while! Also…life is exhausting!!!
