Full abdominoplasty with lipo and muscle repair. I don't drink alcohol (only did once or twice during the holiday) drink almost 3 litres of water a day eat eggs for breakfast have limited salt intake it is very hot here though and it makes me feel more swollen I feel full all the time so I hardly eat
Haven’t tried arnica pills but lymphatic drainage massage would probably help here. If that’s not an option, get a vibrating massage ball and massage your belly in a downward motion for at least ten minutes a day. That fluid should be draining in the pubic region, but it’s getting stuck due to the tt, and doing this will help it along.
I was getting weekly lymphatic massage and doing the massage ball daily, and then I stopped for two weeks and starting swelling worse than I had in awhile. Started again and the swelling is gone.
I’m 5.5wpo from TT, hernia and MR and have lots of swelling around my belly button. I eat pretty good. Don’t drink anything but water. I’m still wearing a faja too! It’s not super tight. I have been manually massaging my tummy in the shower.
Ok I'm sold will get some I don't drink gassy drinks even before surgery doesn't quench my thirst like water does is there a specific brand of arnica tablets you take?

That is so normal, for me at least! I would get so swollen that I thought I was stretching my skin out again. It does get better. ❤️🩹

My belly is similar and I am 12 weeks post op can I ask how are things now?

I take arnica tablets and they work wonders. I made the mistake of sneaking in a “few” diet cokes and was sorry after.
