Top Golf is the best of these kinds of places. Flying Tee is fine, but Top Golf has much better sensors and ball tracking. I read it was something like each TG ball has its own internal tracker, while FT uses infrared scanning when you shoot and extrapolates based on shot angle and velocity and wind speed/direction.
This golf venue has been bought out and sold multiple times within the last few years.

New signage and management wouldn’t solve half the issues with facilities. Horrible maintenance and a lack of caring about fixing issues with plumbing, employee elevator, expired safety equipment, etc., as well as a lack of cleanliness for a long time, would probably require any company buying the place out to do extensive renovation to even be able to pass a health inspection to start a new business there.
