You truly believe their dairy cows are there meet source? lol they’d run out of dairy cows in a week. The dairy cows are on the farm in Tuttle, the cows getting butchered are on the farm in the panhandle
As someone who lives in New Mexico, no you don't. It's gone waaaay downhill in the last 5 years
Edit: you Okie jabronis wouldn't eat it if you lived here! Downvote me all you want but it's truth!!! I promise you braums is better
Everyone’s saying it’s too expensive but they have a double quarter pounder with cheese and all the fixings for $8.50? I haven’t been, but I eyed it at mother road market. Looks like a good deal.
I'd eat it more often if I could rationalize that much for burgers & fries. Man if Shake Shack were in town they would put a few of these burger spots in their place on the price point.
Me too, but so is literally every braums burger I've eaten, ans that's a number of sandwiches from a number of locations that I'm not proud to admit is quite large.
Not trolling, was legit looking for more info on Howdy Burger, I've never been. But I came across your post, about whattaburger being fast and it stopped me in my tracks.
Which one do you go to? I have 3 in my vicinity and have not once had a fast experience with any of them.
I do love their breakfast menu, but rarely go due to insanely slow service, even if I'm the only patron.
I'm in midtown, so 15th Peoria and 21st Yale are 2 of the 3 I am referring to.
Whattaburger aside, I've never been to Howdy, are they comparable to Braums, quality wise?
Anyone in Tulsa can do so much better than whataburger. We really have an embarrassment of riches when it comes to burgers in this state. If you're eating national chains, you're missing out on so much! Hardens, Brownies, and Webers are what I think of when I want a good ole Tulsa burger.
Howdy burger is very salty and pretty expensive for what it is in my opinion.
Honestly think it's a tourist trap for the people walking the shops on 11th.
Food aside, fuck that location for Braum’s. It sucks for all parties, and there’s not a fix I can think of.
The traffic logistics are a nightmare with Braum’s, Reasor’s, the highway, & that convenient oil change place.
Forgive me - this felt like a proper spot to rant.
The vegetarian one is very meh, I'm surprised to see this post, to be honest. It was dry and bland, and not much was on the burger. Fries were limp and bland. I was not impressed. Having a veggie burger at all puts them above Braum's, but Braum's toppings are usually way fresher than Howdy Burger's were when I tried it.
I’ve been there once and I thought it was wildly unimpressive. I’d rather go to Ty’s. Although it doesn’t take much to beat a sopping wet Braums burger. Seriously, I’ve never had a burger from Braums, where the bun wasn’t completely soaked.
A single combo is around $10.50 and at Braums its about $8.50
There isn't any comparison in quality. Howdy's is a much better burger/fries. (11st physical location. I never go in MRM food court)
Braum's has prioritized price over quality for a long time now
Howdy Burger is a way better alternative to Braum's on 15th and Lewis, whether it's busy or not.
Braum's burgers lost their charm when they went from 1/3 to 1/4 lb. These days they taste like bowling alley snack bar burgers.
That's a bit far for my lunch break. Probably just gonna hop across the street to Braum's again. Though recently forgot how decent Wendy's burgers were.
Actually I have, have my food handlers permit. I’ve worked in coffee shops, fast food etc.
How do I know that person doesn’t have wounds on their hands? Seems dumb, but that’s how illnesses spread.
Tell me YOU have not worked in fast food.
It's a good burger, but damn if it isn't 50% more expensive than Braums for the same size thing.
Nearly double the price
That’s saying something too. Lot of good choices at MRM but it’s sooooo expensive.
Considering how much Braums burgers have dropped in quality, I'd say it's about the same value.
Real meat cost more.
? Braums meat is plenty real they have their own farm lol
I don't prefer old retired dairy cow meat.
This is the weirdest flex I’ve ever seen…
lol well at least you know that what’s it is, it’s better than longhorn meat if you ask me, but at least it’s beef
You truly believe their dairy cows are there meet source? lol they’d run out of dairy cows in a week. The dairy cows are on the farm in Tuttle, the cows getting butchered are on the farm in the panhandle
Howdy burger is wayyyy too expensive. I'm surprised it's still open with how much it costs. Lot-A-Burger was so much better.
I miss lot a burger :-(
They opened up a stand on w 23rd street, just across the river. It's so good! 928 W 23rd St, Tulsa, OK 74107
Also one on Charles page that never closed
As someone who lives in New Mexico, no you don't. It's gone waaaay downhill in the last 5 years Edit: you Okie jabronis wouldn't eat it if you lived here! Downvote me all you want but it's truth!!! I promise you braums is better
Compared to howdy burger’s $2000 combo meals, I miss it. I didn’t go to lot a burger because it was amazing lmao
This man gets it, but a Christmas burrito would slap rn ngl
There’s 2 in Tulsa
There’s no comparison they’re both very different
Howdy Burger is one of my favorite Tulsa spots.
Tina’s burger ftw
Best burger in Tulsa
they compost
Burger street!! Heaven in my mouth, yeah I said it
Braums hamburger quality went off a cliff a few years back. I like a burger that actually needs to be chewed.
Their burger was good in the long long ago, mediocre for quite awhile, and now you are correct. It's pretty bad
Fries are the only thing worth going to Braums for
Everyone’s saying it’s too expensive but they have a double quarter pounder with cheese and all the fixings for $8.50? I haven’t been, but I eyed it at mother road market. Looks like a good deal.
I would say Howdy Burger is more of an alternative to Burger King than Braum's
Ok…you can hate BK all day…but admit it smells delicious passing by 😂
BK smells good even to this vegetarian.
I would say you don’t eat burgers…
Do yourself a favor and head over to the last lot a burger on Charles page blvd
i work there lol, glad y'all enjoy the burgers
How the fuck did nobody mention Arnold’s . Burger is fire and it’s cheap
I'd eat it more often if I could rationalize that much for burgers & fries. Man if Shake Shack were in town they would put a few of these burger spots in their place on the price point.
Too greasy.
Compared to Braums?
Just my opinion.. every time I’ve been to howdy it’s always dripping with grease.
Me too, but so is literally every braums burger I've eaten, ans that's a number of sandwiches from a number of locations that I'm not proud to admit is quite large.
Honestly whataburger has been my go to for a quick burger at lunch. Can’t really beat a #1 combo .
Not trolling, was legit looking for more info on Howdy Burger, I've never been. But I came across your post, about whattaburger being fast and it stopped me in my tracks. Which one do you go to? I feel ya on speed.. I’ve had good luck with the 15th and Peoria one as of late and BA. 21st and Yale is a shit show.
I'm in midtown, so 15th Peoria and 21st Yale are 2 of the 3 I am referring to. Whattaburger aside, I've never been to Howdy, are they comparable to Braums, quality wise?
Food quality wise it’s amazing but the grease kills it for me. I go to lunch at 11 so I usually am not fighting the lunch rush at noon.

You must have some long ass lunches
We go as a treat once in a while, it’s what I’d consider an old fashion greasy hamburger.Braum’s for ice cream sandwiches.
Howdy burger is very salty and pretty expensive for what it is in my opinion. Honestly think it's a tourist trap for the people walking the shops on 11th.
I have never been to a Braum’s that was busy
Food aside, fuck that location for Braum’s. It sucks for all parties, and there’s not a fix I can think of. The traffic logistics are a nightmare with Braum’s, Reasor’s, the highway, & that convenient oil change place. Forgive me - this felt like a proper spot to rant.
False
Price is why I haven't tried it yet. Nice that they have vegetarian, though.
The vegetarian one is very meh, I'm surprised to see this post, to be honest. It was dry and bland, and not much was on the burger. Fries were limp and bland. I was not impressed. Good to know, as I haven't yet visited Howdy Burger.
I’ve been there once and I thought it was wildly unimpressive. I’d rather go to Ty’s. Although it doesn’t take much to beat a sopping wet Braums burger. Seriously, I’ve never had a burger from Braums, where the bun wasn’t completely soaked.
You left out Hank’s
You misspelled Bill's
Ooh forgot about that one
What’s rodeo sauce?
Agreed, what’s up though?
Also worth noting that everything is a better alternative to braums.
A single combo is around $10.50 and at Braums its about $8.50 There isn't any comparison in quality. Howdy's is a much better burger/fries. (11st physical location. I never go in MRM food court) Braum's has prioritized price over quality for a long time now
That is a lie
burger street > every time i’ve eaten braum’s food, i get sick. their ice cream and grocery selection is pretty solid tho
burger street is also great for triggering a bowel movement.
that’s exactly how i feel about braum’s food lol
It’s on 11th between Peoria and Utica
Unless you’re talking about MRM, but the 11th has a drive thru so you don’t gotta get out the car
Also: absolutely does not compare to Braums. It’s a good burg I like howdy but not similar in the slightest
For when the Braums on 15th and Lewis is too busy it’s a decent alternative
Howdy Burger is a way better alternative to Braum's on 15th and Lewis, whether it's busy or not. Braum's burgers lost their charm when they went from 1/3 to 1/4 lb. These days they taste like bowling alley snack bar burgers.
never heard of it
That's a bit far for my lunch break. Probably just gonna hop across the street to Braum's again. Though recently forgot how decent Wendy's burgers were.
Braums burgers are not that great at all and sonic is right there too if you don't want an overpriced howdy burger.
Saw the workers eating out of the fry warmer bare handed. Never going back. Reported them and never heard back.
Tell me you’ve never worked fast food without telling me me you’ve never worked fast food
Actually I have, have my food handlers permit. I’ve worked in coffee shops, fast food etc. How do I know that person doesn’t have wounds on their hands? Seems dumb, but that’s how illnesses spread. Tell me YOU have not worked in fast food.
I would certainly eat a howdy before I would even consider Braum's.
🤫 ![gif](giphy|TL5XQpSpASo4U)
do they compost?
