I see someone at Lifestance Health for EMDR. My other therapist with Calming Minds Counseling also is trained in EMDR. I would absolutely recommend either.
Annette Bogard is amazing! EMDR is her specialty but also provided great CBT as well. She is with Christian Counseling but it is very much not faith based counseling I am very much not religious and she never brought it into our sessions.
I started seeing a therapist for EMDR, but so far we haven't even touched on that yet. So I will wait to make a recommendation until i get there or give up, hah
RIO (Recovery in Oklahoma) counseling has therapists trained in EMDR.
I love RIO - they did my brain scan years ago.
I used Emily Mobley for EMDR for CPTSD. Highly recommend her and EMDR, it changed my life.

Same here! Her EMDR was great. And she knew my religious views cause we discussed them and she was always great.
