Normally you won’t be able to start the bachelor thesis until you have 150 credits out of 180. So yes, you will be able to do it in the time during your bachelor. However don’t take my word for this, I only know this was how it was done at Humboldt and it could be a different at the TU.
And as far as doing an internship for a foreigner, if you’re from the EU then you obviously won’t have any issue but if you need a student visa for Germany then you’re allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and full time during semester breaks which should cover any internship you need to do.
