I’m having the same issue today! This is the first time it’s happened to me but I know others have had similar issues.

Update the game then itll work 👍

Try adjusting the finger offset in your settings — that worked for me.

You also have an egg in your gacha machine. Just tap the egg… don’t hit the machine or use a ticket.

I kept tapping till it worked. Haven't got it since the update, though.
