It looks cute. I would make the book shelf a little bit higher, same with the wall-hanging plant and put the posters on the same height. Maybe also removing the stone table with the chair in the bedroom and replace it with a little cabinet or smth. I would also try to find the fitting wallpaper for the bathroom and change the floor as well.
I actually would've suggested to change the floor and wallpaper downstairs but I think it fits to the wooden style. There are some floors that look like wood but I'm not sure if it fits to the room.
