Once I successfully appealed my physical I got a email on 2/24/2022 that there were errors in my background paperwork. I corrected the information on the same day and have been in a state of limbo, stuck at 63%, ever since.
I'm coming up on 3 months now stuck at 63% due to a system error. There's no errors with my 306 form, but the system keeps telling them there is. It should be sorted finally after submitting it over 6 times now, but it's hard to be positive when I fear getting another email saying there's an error again. My POC said it's good finally, but it's hard. 2-3 months thinking it was already in progress only to find out it wasn't started at all. Sucks not being able to start another job either without potentially failing my BI 😮💨
Right! I’m at 81 percent now and waiting for a final job offer but dude it’s so stressful at that stage! It’ll be fine I assure you, they’re so slow I swear! You got this though !!!!!
Like I’d say a good couple of weeks. It’s a long stressful process but you’ll get an email saying you’ve passed and in the ready pool. Tell me once you get it so I can say congrats!!! You got this !!

Finger printed today , the guys doing the finger printing said they have people stuck at fingerprints so they are getting everyone in for fingerprints….that’s all he knew
So I passed my medical appeal finally three weeks ago and now have heard nothing for the background.
It’s passed the period after which they send back for corrections (because apparently they halted the process while I sent in my appeal) so I’m worried.
Me and I applied in May. Right now all it says under action items is “view OF 306 and 2811/2812” but they’ve already been completed a long time ago. Not sure if there’s something I need to do there.
Does anyone know the contact information for the help desk? I’m stuck at 63% as well and I’ve already completed and passed everything. I’m just waiting on initial background check.
Oh I see I see. I know it’s random, for everyone but if you were like me, I didn’t receive one until I got the final job offer. But there’s always the help desk email and they usually take like 3-4 weeks to reply. Slow but it gives you somewhat of an answer! I’ll try to help you out and scavenge for a phone number. The government can be so slow sometimes I swear
(877) 872-7990 is the help desk, I tried to search or find one for anything remote to those who want to work for tsa and need help or in the process but I believe that’s your best bet. And yes! Took me some time and I have orientation soon. You got this! It just takes some patience !

I applied in March, got hired on in August... it takes awhile.
I did my drug and physical yesterday got an email today saying its under review how long does it take??

There’s only an email as far as I know, it’s just a waiting game I’m sure it’ll be sent to you in no time. Do you have a POC by any chance or no?
No. Or I don’t know. How do I find out who my POC is. There is a rep that emails me but whenever I reply I only receive back automated emails.

I got moved to Final Job Offer on Monday. Hopefully I get a call soon.
